非晶工艺的外圆法(CBMS)是目前制备非晶带的主要方法之一.淬火速率主要由液态金属的流体参数及传热的边界条件而定.本文主要从实验出发,找到熔潭的参数与非晶带的参数之间的关系式,以此推导出半经验公式,最后并与实验所测的结果进行比较.
