由中国民主建国会中央委员会企业委员会、妇女委员会与中国企业家调查系统联合发布的《2011年千户民营企业跟踪调查报告》显示,目前我国民营企业面临的主要困难,除了成本上升、企业融资难等老问题外,民营企业家还普遍反映企业税费负担较重。八成民企感觉税赋过重是否属实?笔者以为一方面要看税赋结构是否合理,另一方面通过与国企、国际横向相比来权衡孰轻孰重。
