介绍以MCS-51单片机为核心,自动化工程中在线使用的颜色识别系统的工作原理、系统的构成和软件结构。在该系统中,采用光调制、同步定时采样方法,在无暗室条件下,取得内部标准光源照射而获取的彩色光。用高灵敏度、单色型非晶硅彩色传感器,感受彩色光中的红、绿、蓝三基色成分。再用MCS-51单片机进行功能控制、数据采集和处理。最后,以数字显示形式输出。
This paper introduces the working principle, system structure and software structure of the color identification system which is mainly used in the MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer and used online in automation engineering. In this system, using light modulation, synchronous timing sampling method, in darkroom conditions, access to internal standard light source to obtain the color of light. With high sensitivity, monochromatic amorphous silicon color sensor, feel the red, green and blue light color components. Reuse MCS-51 microcontroller function control, data acquisition and processing. Finally, the output in digital form.
