目的:评价合川区常规免疫接种率报告质量和存在的问题,为更好地提高常规免疫接种率提供科学依据。方法:应用《全国常规免疫接种率监测方案》规定的接种率监测评价方法,对合川区2011年常规免疫接种率报告结果进行综合分析和评价。结果:各镇街报告完整性、及时率均为100%,全区基础免疫报告接种率为98.11%～99.46%,基础免疫估算接种率为93.22%～95.29%。结论:合川区常规免疫接种率维持在较高水平,通过加强流动儿童管理,注重对免疫规划管理人员的培训等措施,可有效提高儿童常规免疫接种率水平。
Objective: To evaluate the quality and existing problems of routine immunization coverage reporting in Hechuan District, and to provide a scientific basis for better routine immunization coverage. Methods: Applying the monitoring and evaluation method of inoculation rate in “National routine vaccination rate monitoring program”, the report results of routine immunization coverage in Hechuan District in 2011 were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated. Results: The township streets reported completeness and timely rate were 100%, the region’s basic immunization coverage was 98.11% ~ 99.46%, the basic immune assessment of the coverage rate was 93.22% ~ 95.29%. Conclusion: The routine vaccination rate in Hechuan District is maintained at a high level, which can effectively raise the routine immunization coverage rate in children by strengthening the management of floating children and paying attention to the training of immunization program managers.
