目的考察哈萨克医常用药材白喉乌头对小鼠的急性毒性发生情况和中毒表现。方法通过对小鼠灌服不同浓度的白喉乌头原药材粉末混悬液,观察并记录小鼠的活动和毒性反应;测定脏器系数;采用改进寇氏法计算白喉乌头对小鼠的半数致死量(LD50)。结果给药后2 h内小鼠出现自由活动减少、濒死时呼吸频率加快、角弓反张等中毒症状,死亡高峰在2 h内;随剂量增加,死亡率增加,LD50=3.21 g/kg,95%可信区间为2.74~3.75g/kg;小鼠染毒后,心、肝、脾、肺、肾的脏器系数与空白组的差值分别在0.04%、0.60%、0.25%、0.22%、0.19%内。结论白喉乌头具有一定的毒性,应引起临床用药的注意。
Objective To study the acute toxicity and toxicity of Aconitum kusnezoffii in mice. Conclusion Diphtheria aconitum has some toxicity, should attract the attention of clinical medication.
