目的:探讨"Ω"形固定法在预防PICC导管性压疮中的应用效果.方法:将58例PICC置管患者随机分为观察组和对照组各29例,观察组采用"Ω"形固定法固定,对照组采用普通固定固定,比较两组压疮发生率.结果:观察组压疮发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:"Ω"形固定法能有效预防PICC导管性压疮的发生.
