通过本实验发现窦房结缺血损伤可引起Ⅰ°,Ⅱ°和Ⅲ°窦房传导阻滞。在部份病窦模型(5/23条狗)可出现间歇性窦房传异时间延长,而体表心电图上表现为窦性心律不齐。Ⅰ°窦房阻滞与窦性静止可同时合并存在。直接显示并证实了房窦传导现象。测出窦房传导时间(SACTd)与房窦传导时间(ASCT)并不相等。ASCT=(S-A_3)-(A_1-A_1)-SACTd。
Through this experiment found that the sinus node ischemia injury can cause Ⅰ °, Ⅱ ° and Ⅲ ° sinoatrial block. In some sinus models (5/23 dogs) there may be intermittent sinoatrial lengthening, while the surface ECG showed sinus arrhythmia. Ⅰ ° sinoatrial block and sinus rest can exist simultaneously. A direct display and confirmed the atrial conduction phenomenon. Measured sinoatrial conduction time (SACTd) and atrial conduction time (ASCT) is not equal. ASCT = (S-A_3) - (A_1-A_1) -SACTd.
