为了观察尿中卟啉排出后的变化情况,我們选擇卟啉阳性的铅中毒患者102例,采集12小时的尿进行卟啉的連續測定。尿保存在棕色玻璃瓶內,室內气温大多为30~40℃,只有个別时間为23——28℃。卟啉的测定系采用螢光法,开始测定的时間距最后一次小便最多不超过3小时,以后每12小时复查一次,直至变为阴性为止。 在尿卟啉弱阳性的47例中,12小时內变为阴性者占42.6%,24小时內变为阴性者共83%,而在48小时
In order to observe the changes of urinary porphyrin after discharge, we selected porphyrin-positive 102 cases of lead poisoning patients, collected 12 hours of urine for continuous determination of porphyrin.
