目的通过路径分析,深层次探讨社会支持、自我效能感、应对方式等因素对职工职业倦怠的直接和间接作用。方法对某制造厂所有635名工人进行问卷调查,内容包括一般情况:社会人口学资料、个人噪声暴露史,职业倦怠通用量表,社会支持评定量表,简易应对方式量表,一般自我效能感量表等。结果情绪衰竭、消极怠慢和职业效能存在不同的影响路径,应对方式在社会支持对工人情绪衰竭和消极怠慢的影响中起着中介作用,其作用路径为社会支持直接和通过积极应对及消极应对间接影响情感耗竭及消极怠慢;社会支持和应对方式在工人自我效能感对职业效能的影响中起着中介作用,其路径为社会支持直接和通过积极应对及消极应对间接影响职业效能感;自我效能直接和通过积极应对及社会支持间接影响职业效能感。结论提高工人的自我效能感,帮助建立积极的应对方式,增加社会支持可以减轻职业倦怠。
Objective To explore the direct and indirect effects of factors such as social support, sense of self-efficacy and coping style on occupational burnout through path analysis. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among all the 635 workers in a manufacturing factory. The questionnaire included general information such as socio-demographic data, history of personal noise exposure, general scale of job burnout, social support rating scale, simple coping style scale, general self-efficacy Scale and so on. Results Emotional failure, negative negativity and occupational effectiveness have different paths of influence. Coping styles play an intermediary role in the influence of social support on workers’ emotional exhaustion and negative neglect, and their role is mediated by social support directly and indirectly through positive coping and passive coping. Affect the emotional exhaustion and neglect neglect; social support and coping styles play an intermediary role in the impact of worker self-efficacy on occupational effectiveness, the path for social support directly and indirectly through the positive response and negative coping affect occupational efficacy; self-efficacy directly And indirectly affect professional efficacy through positive coping and social support. Conclusion Improving the self-efficacy of workers, helping to establish a positive coping style and increasing social support can reduce job burnout.
