辅导教师是远程教育的重要角色,是远程教育机构与学生联系的桥梁;辅导教师能力的高低,直接影响着远程教育的声誉。培养合格的辅导教师,是远程教育机构的重点工作。本文从工作实践的角度,将辅导教师的工作职责分为学术、支持服务和管理三大类别,对其所需能力进行了梳理,归纳为学科、教学、媒体技术、人际交流、评估等七种重要的核心能力,并结合广播电视大学系统的现状,提出针对辅导教师的能力培养策略,以期对国家开放大学辅导教师队伍的建设有所裨益。
Tutors are the important role of distance education and are the bridge between the distance education institutions and students. The ability of tutoring teachers directly affects the reputation of distance education. Cultivating qualified tutors is a priority for distance education institutions. From the perspective of work practice, this paper divides the tutors’ job responsibilities into three categories: academic, supportive services and management, and reviews their abilities, which are summarized as disciplines, teaching, media technology, interpersonal communication and evaluation Important core competencies and put forward the strategy of developing ability for tutoring teachers in combination with the status quo of RTVU system in the hope of benefiting the construction of tutoring faculty.
