模锻设备不仅通过其能量的大小去影响锻模所受的机械负荷,同时,还通过其工作速度和与锻件所需变形能量的“匹配”情况去影响锻模所受的热负荷。由于不同的模锻设备具有不同的能量和工作速度,因此,对于同一锻件,在这类或这台设备上锻造时,导致锻模损坏的主要负荷可能是机械负荷,而在另一类或另一台设备上锻造时,导致锻模损坏的主要负荷则可能是热负荷,或者二种负荷兼而有之。
