采用ANSYS的参数化功能建立了S型焊接金属波纹管的三维实体模型,然后利用其动力学分析模块,对波纹管进行了有限元模态分析,计算出了波纹管的低阶固有振动频率和主振型以及各阶对应的最大变形量和振动应力,得到了各阶振型云图及振动应力和变形曲线,并与实验值进行了比较,研究结果为S型焊接金属波纹管的结构优化设计、动态响应计算以及疲劳寿命分析等提供了相关数据和理论依据。
The three-dimensional solid model of S-welded metal bellows was established by using the parameterization function of ANSYS. Then the finite element modal analysis of the bellows was carried out by using its dynamic analysis module, and the low-order natural frequency and The main vibration mode and the corresponding maximum deformation and vibration stress of each stage, the cloud shape, vibrational stress and deformation curve of each mode are obtained and compared with the experimental values. The results show that the structure optimization design of S-type welded metal bellows , Dynamic response calculation and fatigue life analysis provided the relevant data and theoretical basis.
