目前知识管理在旅游业中的应用较少,对各种适用理论的介绍和推广十分必要。知识生命周期理论运用系统的观点揭示了知识的运动过程。从提出背景、知识生命周期的概念和运动过程、划分阶段等方面对知识生命周期理论进行介绍和阐释,认为该理论可以为旅游业知识管理提供必要的理论支持和实践指导。以期旅游企业能以更为系统的视角审视企业中的知识和知识管理工作。
At present, knowledge management is rarely used in tourism and it is necessary to introduce and popularize various applicable theories. Knowledge life cycle theory uses the systematic point of view to reveal the process of knowledge movement. This paper introduces and explains the knowledge life cycle theory from the background, the concept of the life cycle of knowledge, the process of movement and the division stage. It holds that the theory can provide the necessary theoretical support and practical guidance for the tourism knowledge management. In this way, tourism enterprises can examine the knowledge and knowledge management in the enterprise from a more systematic perspective.
