通过多角度对尿路清的抑菌作用的研究 ,探讨中药复方对Uu感染NGU的作用机理。经统计学检验 ,Uu临床株对尿路清的敏感性与对四环素的敏感性之间无明显联系 (X2 =1.85 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ,对四环素耐药者并不一定对尿路清耐药 ,对尿路清的敏感性比对四环素的敏感性高得多 (X2 =18.38,P <0 .0 1) ,对尿路清敏感性与对红霉素的敏感性之间无明显联系 (X2 =1.2 4 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ,即对红霉素耐药者不一定对尿路清耐药。指出 ,中药尿路清对Uu国际标准株 (T8)显示出较强的体外抑菌作用。对临床耐红霉素、四环素的Uu菌株亦敏感 ,值得进一步研究。
Through the multi-angle study on the antibacterial effect of urinary tract clear, to explore the mechanism of Chinese medicine compound on Uu infection of NGU. According to statistical tests, there is no clear correlation between the sensitivity of Uu clinical strains to urinary tract clearance and the sensitivity to tetracycline (X2 = 1.85, P > 0.05). Those who are resistant to tetracycline do not necessarily respond to the urinary tract. Clear resistance was significantly more sensitive to urinary tract clearance than tetracycline (X2 =18.38, P < 0.01). There was no difference between urinary tract sensitivity and erythromycin sensitivity. Significant association (X2 = 1.2 4 , P > 0.05), that is, erythromycin resistant individuals are not necessarily resistant to urinary tract clearance. It was pointed out that urinary tract urine showed strong in vitro antibacterial activity against Uu international standard strain (T8). It is also sensitive to clinically resistant erythromycin and tetracycline Uu strains and deserves further study.
