通过研究钛对钢性能的影响,对低合金Q345B钢钛微合金的化学成分进行设计及制定了针对性的生产工艺,进行冶炼和热轧试验。结果表明,钛合金化Q345B钢的金相组织主要以铁素体+珠光体组成,屈服强度稳定在350~423MPa,抗拉强度为496~557MPa,断后伸长率为24.5%~29.5%。钢板的综合性能稳定,合格率达到100%,较原工艺钢板性能有显著提高。降低Q345B低合金钢板的生产成本约17.57元/t(钢)。
By studying the effect of titanium on the properties of the steel, the chemical composition of the low alloyed Q345B steel titanium microalloy was designed and the specific production process was developed, and the smelting and hot rolling tests were carried out. The results show that the microstructure of the titanium alloy Q345B steel mainly consists of ferrite + pearlite. The yield strength is stable at 350 ~ 423MPa, the tensile strength is 496 ~ 557MPa and the elongation at break is 24.5% ~ 29.5%. The overall performance of steel stability, pass rate of 100%, compared with the original process significantly improve the performance of steel. Reduce the production cost of Q345B low alloy steel about 17.57 yuan / t (steel).
