研究了预辐照F_(4σ)薄膜同甲基丙烯酸-二乙烯基苯水溶液体系的接枝共聚。电子预辐照剂量为(3~8)×10~5rad,接枝温度为80°~95℃,接枝时间随温度和剂量而定。 为了确定单体水溶液的合理配方,进行了甲基丙烯酸-二乙烯基苯-水三元体系的相图研究。 由所得接枝物可制备电化学性能优良、机械强度高的离子交换膜。其主要性能如下:交换容量:2~3meq/g,比电阻:50~100Ω-cm,选择透过性:95~98%,抗拉强度:≥160kg/cm~2。
