在伺服压机板料测试系统上进行不同变形速率的金属板料杯突试验。对汽车用1mm厚的DP780双相高强钢板在曲柄压机速度规律下的胀形性能进行测定,冲压速度分别为2m/s、5m/s、11m/s、16m/s、22m/s、28m/s,并通过精密的传感器读取冲压力突变点的凸模位置的差值,以及对应的穿透破裂点时的凸模速度;得到的DP780高强钢板杯突值IE与变形速率v的关系曲线表明,随着变形速度的增大,板料IE值呈减小趋势;IE(v)方法所得结果较传统方法所测结果的IE值偏大,说明传统方法对实际生产的指导意义有限。对于不同应变速率条件下材料成形极限规律的研究,有助于掌握材料在不同使用条件下的性能和工艺宽裕度,灵敏传感器的应用可提高杯突试验的精度。
In the servo press sheet test system for different deformation rate of sheet metal cup test. The 1mm thick DP780 double-phase high-strength steel plate for automobile was measured under the speed regulation of crank press. The value of IE obtained by the method of IE (v) is larger than that of the traditional method, indicating that the traditional method has limited practical guidance. Studying the law of material forming limit under different strain rates helps to grasp the performance and process margin of material under different conditions of use. The application of sensitive sensors can improve the accuracy of cup projection test.
