目的为了探索更年平调液治疗更年期综合征的作用机制。方法选用雌性SD大鼠更年期模型40只,随机分配到更年期组和各用药组(更调液、更年康、乙烯雌酚),每组10只。设10只青年鼠为对照组。观察各组血清脂质过氧化物(LPO,Lipidperoxide)变化,血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD,Superoxidedismutase)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px,GlutathionePeroxidase)活性。结果(1)更年期鼠组与青年鼠组比较,更年期鼠组血清LPO水平显著升高(P<0.01),而SOD、GSH—Px活性下降(P<0.01),表明更年期鼠确实存在自由基代谢紊乱。(2)各用药组均能提高更年期鼠自由基清除酶SOD、GSH—Px水平(P<0.05、P<0.01)、降低血清LPO水平,其效果更年平调液优于更年康和乙烯雌酚。结论更年平调液治疗妇女更年期综合征疗效好,其作用机制可能是通过调节体内自由基代谢来完成
Objective To explore the mechanism of treating menopausal syndrome with Gengnianping Liquid. Methods Forty female SD rat climacteric models were randomly assigned to the menopause group and each drug group (more fluids, Gengnangkang, and ethylene-estradiol), with 10 in each group. Set 10 young rats as the control group. The changes of serum lipid peroxide (LPO, Lipid peroxide), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px, Glutathione Peroxidase) activities in blood were observed. Results (1) The serum LPO levels in the climacteric rats group were significantly higher than those in the young rats group (P<0.01), while the SOD and GSH-Px activities were decreased (P<0.01), suggesting that the climacteric rats do There is a disorder of free radical metabolism. (2) Each drug group can increase the level of free radical scavenging enzymes SOD and GSH-Px in the menopause (P<0.05, P<0.01) and decrease the serum LPO level. Years Kang and Ethylestradiol. Conclusion The treatment of menopause syndrome with Gengnianping Liquid has a good curative effect. The mechanism may be achieved by regulating the metabolism of free radicals in the body.
