柳江县位于广西中部,是闻名中外的“柳江人”古人类文化遗址所在地。全县辖11镇1乡、127个行政村、17个社区,面积2539平方公里,总人口54万。县城与工业重镇柳州市零距离接壤,距柳州白莲机场7公里;湘桂、黔桂、枝柳铁路和322、209国道贯穿县境,境内设9个火车站;桂柳、南柳、宜柳、柳州北环高速公路在境内交汇,设有4个出入口;规划中的柳(州)梧(州)高速、柳(州)南(宁)第二高速、贺州-柳州-巴马高速公路也将穿境而过;水运直达穗、港。
Liujiang County is located in central Guangxi, is famous for “Liujiang people ” ancient human cultural sites. The county administer 11 towns and 1 township, 127 administrative villages, 17 communities, an area of 2539 square kilometers, the total population of 540,000. The county seat is bordered by the zero-distance town of Liuzhou, an industrial town, and 7 km away from Liuzhou Bailian Airport. The Xianggui, Qiangui, Zhiliumen and 322,209 national highways run through the county and there are nine railway stations in the territory. Gui Liu, Nan Liu, Liuzhou Beihuan Expressway will meet in the territory with 4 entrances and exits; the planned Liuzhou-Wuzhou Expressway, the Liuzhou Southern Expressway and the Hezhou-Liuzhou-Bama Expressway Will wear through; water directly to the spike, Hong Kong.
