为了更加全面地研究氨纶的应力松弛性能,选用晓星公司生产的两种线密度分别为116 dtex、616 dtex的氨纶丝,通过延长应力松弛时间、改变定伸长率等方法研究应力随时间的变化规律及定伸长率对应力松弛性能的影响。结果表明:当氨纶被拉伸至300%并保持伸长不变的3 h内,氨纶内部应力先急速下降,后平稳下降,最后趋于相对稳态值,下降幅度可忽略不计;当氨纶分别拉伸至伸长率为50%、100%、150%、200%和250%时,3 h后的相对稳定值随着定伸长率的增大而增大,并且伸长率越大,氨纶内部分子链的运动越活跃。
In order to study the stress relaxation behavior of spandex more thoroughly, two spandex filaments with linear density of 116 dtex and 616 dtex produced by Hyosung Company were selected to study the effect of stress on the elongation of stress by extending the stress relaxation time and changing the constant elongation.
