目的了解某公司新建节能型石灰窑存在的主要职业危害因素,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测和职业健康检查进行综合评价。结果该生产线主要存在粉尘、噪声、高温、热辐射、工频电磁场、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氮氧化物等。粉尘和噪声存在超标,不符合《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》GBZ2.1、2.2-2007的要求。结论该节能型套筒窑超标岗位在目前生产工艺不能达到有效防护措施前提下应加强个体防护。
Objective To understand the main occupational hazards that exist in a new energy-saving lime kiln in a company and provide the basis for the prevention of occupational diseases. Methods Occupational hygiene survey, field occupational hazards in the workplace and occupational health examination were conducted to make a comprehensive evaluation. Results The main existence of the production line dust, noise, high temperature, heat radiation, power frequency electromagnetic fields, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides. Dust and noise exist excessive, does not meet the “workplace exposure to harmful substances occupational limits” GBZ2.1, 2.2-2007 requirements. Conclusion The energy-saving sleeve kiln over the post position in the current production process can not achieve effective protection measures under the premise should strengthen individual protection.
