利用SoilBox-FMS便携式土壤呼吸测量仪对白龙江流域陇南段5种不同生态修复模式的土壤呼吸速率的日变化进行了野外定位测量,并就土壤温度及土壤水分对土壤日呼吸速率差异的影响进行了分析.结果表明,不同生态修复模式下的土壤日呼吸速率差异显著,天然草地、灌草地、农林地和林地的土壤呼吸速率日变化均呈单峰曲线,其中天然草地、灌草地的土壤日呼吸速率与土壤水分显著性相关,而农林地、林地的土壤日呼吸速率与土壤温度显著性相关.裸地的土壤日呼吸速率与土壤温度和土壤水分不具有相关性,其土壤呼吸速率日变化较平缓.土壤温度和土壤水分可以很好地解释土壤呼吸速率日变化规律.相对于其他生态修复模式,农林地更适合对坡度小于25。的研究区进行生态修复或者前期生态修复.
Using the SoilBox-FMS portable soil respiration measuring instrument, the daily variation of soil respiration rate in five different ecological restoration patterns of Longnan section of Bailongjiang River Basin was measured and the effects of soil temperature and soil moisture on the daily respiration rate were studied The results showed that there was significant difference in daily respiration rate of soil under different ecological restoration patterns. The diurnal variation of soil respiration rate in natural grassland, shrub grassland, agroforestry forest and woodland showed a single peak curve. Among the natural grassland, The respiration rate was significantly correlated with soil moisture, but the daily respiration rate of soil in agriculture, forestry and woodland was significantly correlated with soil temperature.The soil respiration rate in bare land was not related to soil temperature and soil moisture, and diurnal variation of soil respiration rate The soil temperature and soil moisture can explain the diurnal variation of soil respiration rate.Compared with other ecological restoration models, agroforestry is more suitable for slopes less than 25%.
