我市某单位的一台直径φ800mm阳离子交换器,新更换树脂后,经反复调试,出水均不合格。经了解,该离子交换器是逆流再生固定床离子交换器,树脂层高1.5m,设计每小时出水5t。进水方式是上部环形布水,出水采用石子加水帽。原来所使用的树脂因使用时间过长出水不合格而更换,同时对交换器进行了内部防腐。所更换的树脂是001×7强酸性阳离子交换树脂,树脂安装后经处理调试,出水硬度最佳值达到0.08mmol/L,不符合《低压锅炉水质标准》的要求。经开罐检查,罐内防腐良好,
