南水北调中线工程总干渠衬砌材料水泥土配合比进行了衬砌模拟施工的试验。模拟施工选用了粘粒含量为10%和14%的两种土料、水泥掺量为10%的两种配比,按照《渠道防渗技术规范》要求的施工流程进行了模拟施工,但将预压机具羊足碾改成了推土机,碾压机具由轮胎碾改成了压路机,碾压水泥土达到了设计抗压强度4.90MPa、压实度为95%的结果。试验表明,施工碾压水泥土的力学指标完全能达到南水北调中线工程总干渠衬砌材料的设计要求。
South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project of the main canal lining material cement and soil mix ratio of the lining of the simulation test. In the simulation construction, two kinds of clay with clay content of 10% and 14% were used, and two kinds of cement with the content of 10% were used. According to the construction flow required by “Technical Specifications of Canal Seepage Prevention” Pre-press sheep foot grinding into bulldozers, rolling equipment from tire grind into a roller, rolling compacted soil reached the design compressive strength of 4.90MPa, 95% compaction results. The test shows that the mechanics index of construction RCC can fully meet the design requirements of the lining materials of the main canal of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
