本研究详细检测了牧草生长期和生长季节对体内测定的干物质可消化有机物质(DOMD)、代谢能(ME)值与各种室内测定方法之间关系的影响。实验室测定方法包括用瘤胃液体胃蛋白酶(RFP)、胃蛋白纤维素分解酶(PC)或中性洗涤纤维素分解酶(NCD)测定DOMD的3种体外估测方法。使用的材料为2年龄以上的70种牧草,其中有32个是春季初生草、14个是夏季再生草、24个是秋季生长的牧草。
This study examined in detail the effects of pasture growth season and growing season on the relationship between measured in vivo DOMD and ME values and various laboratory test methods. Laboratory assays include three in vitro assays to determine DOMD using rumen liquid pepsin (RFP), pepsin (PC), or neutral detergent cellulolytic enzyme (NCD). The material used was 70 forages above 2 years of age, of which 32 were spring primiparas, 14 were summer regrowth grasses, and 24 were fall growth grasses.
