研究发现外周血淋巴细胞胞浆分裂阻滞微核(CB微核)和常规培养微核、化学比色法测定的血清过氧化脂质、超氧化物歧化酶及总抗氧化活性在飞行人员均明显增高. 其中CB微核与宇宙辐射年均有效剂量、年均飞行小时呈线性关系. 血清过氧化脂质水平也有随二者的增加而增加的趋势, 并和CB微核一样能灵敏反应近期内飞行负荷的变化. 结果说明: 在宇宙射线的作用下, 飞行人员染色体和基因组的稳定性受到损害, 体内脂质受到氧化损伤; 淋巴细胞CB微核及血清过氧化脂质可作为飞行人员辐射防护的监测指标.
