目的:分析左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的临床价值。方法:80例宫颈炎患者根据治疗药物不同分为治疗组40例(左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素)及对照组40例(阿奇霉素),对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗效果总有效率为95%高于对照组总有效率为70%,复发率7.5%低于对照组25%,两组对比(P<0.05)。两组不良反应对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的临床效果经研究得到肯定,其可降低复发率,临床价值显著。
Objective: To analyze the clinical value of levofloxacin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of cervicitis. Methods: Eighty patients with cervicitis were divided into treatment group 40 cases (levofloxacin combined with azithromycin) and control group 40 cases (azithromycin) according to the different therapeutic drugs, the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95% higher than the control group, the total effective rate was 70%, the recurrence rate 7.5% lower than the control group 25%, the two groups were compared (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions: The clinical efficacy of levofloxacin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of cervicitis has been affirmed by the study, which can reduce the recurrence rate and has a significant clinical value.
