由武汉重型机床厂制造的B215龙门刨床,已在我厂运行多年了。但该设备存在一个较严重的问题,即越位超过技术要求,甚至出现刨台冲出床身的严重现象。为此,我厂曾派有关人员去该厂学习,但仍未得到较好的解决办法。后来,我们在对该设备的维修调试中,经过分析研究,采取了一些改革措施,即该设备在最高速度(75公尺/分)时,越位也能符合技术要求,现已经过了两年多的实践,运行情况良好。今将我们的小改措施介绍如下,供参考。
B215 by the Wuhan Heavy Machine Tool Plant Planer, has been running in our plant for many years.
