观察了米力农(Mil),lemakalim(Lem)和维拉帕米(Ver)三种血管舒张剂对前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)所致缺氧2和4wk大鼠肺动脉和主动脉环收缩反应的影响.Lem(0.01~1.0μmol·L-1),Mil和Ver(均为0.1~10.0μmol·L-1)对主动脉和肺动脉都有明显的抑制作用,使PGF2α引起的血管收缩反应曲线压低,EC50显著增高(P<0.001),呈剂量相关关系.其抑制强度为Lem>Mil>Ver,缺氧前后顺序不变.无论缺氧前后,Lem和Ver对主动脉和肺动脉的抑制强度都较接近,Mil则在缺氧条件下,对肺动脉的抑制作用选择性地增强
The effects of three vasodilators, Milrinone, Lemakalim (Lem) and verapamil (Ver), on the contraction of pulmonary artery and aorta rings in hypoxia 2 and 4wk rats induced by prostaglandin F2α (PGF2α) were observed influences. Lem (0.01 ~ 1.0μmol·L-1), Mil and Ver (both 0.1 ~ 10.0μmol·L-1) had obvious inhibitory effect on the aorta and pulmonary artery, Contraction response curve down, EC50 was significantly higher (P <0.001), showed a dose-related relationship. The inhibitory intensity of Lem> Mil> Ver, before and after hypoxia sequence unchanged. Both Lem and Ver had similar inhibitory effects on the aorta and pulmonary arteries both before and after hypoxia and Mil selectively enhanced the inhibition of pulmonary arteries under hypoxia
