通过对24例鼻咽癌患者配对分组研究,观察两组患者早期放疗反应,并检测两组患者血清中的脂质过氧化物(LPO)、维生素E(VE)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和唾液酸(SA)含量。结果表明:口服VE组较对照组患者放疗反应轻;放疗前患者体内自由基含量高,而自由基清除剂含量下降,放疗初期对照组患者体内上述指标近于正常,继之又出现异常;而口服VE组则维持正常水平,说明VE有助于清除肿瘤患者体内自由基,维护体内自由基代谢平衡,降低放疗反应。
