恶性肿瘤的发生、发展与异倍体有关,肿瘤细胞异倍体检测能显著提高临床病理学诊断的客观性、准确性,并能对疾病的预后提供可靠依据,对于指导临床工作具有非常重大意义。现从传统的染色体核型分析技术、染色体荧光原位杂交技术、光谱染色体核型分析技术、染色体比较基因组杂交技术以及流式或静态细胞DNA倍体分析技术等方面对肿瘤分子遗传学检测最新研究进展作一综述。
The occurrence and development of malignant tumors are related to aneuploidy. Detection of aneuploidy of tumor cells can significantly improve the objectivity and accuracy of clinical pathological diagnosis, and provide a reliable basis for the prognosis of the disease. It is of great significance for guiding clinical work. . Recent researches on molecular genetics of tumors have been conducted from traditional karyotype analysis techniques, chromosome fluorescence in situ hybridization techniques, spectral karyotype analysis techniques, chromosome comparative genomic hybridization techniques, and flow or quiescent cell DNA ploidy analysis techniques. Progress is summarized.
