Most of the real happy people I know have often dirty their hands. They are good at horticulture or are good at cooking or longer than repairing furniture, and are exposed to the basics and have a life of breath, not prefabricated objects that make them impossible to experience tactile stimuli. My father, a marketing consultant, was his happiest time building the mahogany dinghy at the workshop. Every time we drove this boat on the lake, someone always asked us if we would like to sell the boat. My father took a total of three hours to build a boat, but also hand-made rattan chairs, built peach railings.
