1.引言根室干线落合—新得间要穿越具有长大连续坡道的狩胜山顶,在粘着力上这里一直是一个难点。用12‰坡道的新线替换25‰的旧线后,穿越该山顶时仍然不断出现空转问题。如果从钏路铁道管理局的调查来看,经常出现因空转而导致列车晚点,某些场合就要进行救援,一年的救援次数往往达到10几件。在这种情况下,进行了在本区间运行的DD51型内燃机车的粘着试验。同时,在地面上进行了钢轨轨面的实态调查,从机车和钢轨两个方面研究了现行牵引定数800t是否可行及空转多发的原因等问题。另外,在该项试验中,还从材料的角度进行了提高粘着力的基础试验,并进行了陶瓷材料和现用砂粒的比较试验。
1. INTRODUCTION The root-branch trunk line, Ochiai-Shinsaibashi, is going to cross the Utsin-eup peak with long and continuous ramps, which has been a sticking point here for adhesion. After replacing the 25 ‰ old line with a new 12 ‰ ramp, the problem of idling continues to occur across the top of the hill. If the investigation of the Kushiro Railway Administration shows that the trains often run out of time due to idling, some occasions are required to carry out rescue operations, often reaching 10 in a year. In this case, the adhesion test of the DD51 diesel locomotive operating in this section was conducted. At the same time, a real survey of the rail surface was carried out on the ground. From the locomotive and the rail, the feasibility of the existing 800 t traction number and the reasons for the frequent occurrence of idling were investigated. In addition, in this test, a basic test for improving the adhesion was also conducted from the viewpoint of materials, and a comparative test of the ceramic material and the existing sand was conducted.
