4月11日,中国计量院业务服务部主任汪洪军一行到江苏省计量科学研究院考察,并就业务管理及客户服务等工作进行交流,副院长封志明参加交流会。汪洪军一行还参观了我院仪器收发管理中心及客户服务中心,对省计量院业务服务流程及管理方式、信息系统建设和运行、业务宣传推广及客户满意度调查方式、业务人员培训等情况进行了了解。计量院相关部门负责人参加了交流。
