目的建立酸枣仁滴丸中酸枣仁皂苷A、B和白桦脂酸的测定方法。方法应用超声提取和高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD)检测。Hypersil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(0.1%醋酸),梯度洗脱;体积流量:1.0mL/min;柱温:30℃;进样量:20μL;ELSD参数:雾化温度:45℃;气体流量:2.0L/min。结果制剂中酸枣仁皂苷A、B和白桦脂酸达到基线分离且线性关系良好,线性范围分别为15.4~154μg/mL,22.8~228μg/mL、28.0~280μg/mL,平均加样回收率分别为98.17%、99.21%、97.89%。结论该方法快速简便、精密度好、灵敏度高,可用于酸枣仁滴丸剂中酸枣仁皂苷A、B和白桦脂酸的同时测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of jujuboside A, B and betulinic acid in Suanzaoren dropping pills. Methods Ultrasonic extraction and HPLC-ELSD were used to detect the protein. Hypersil C18 column (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-water (0.1% acetic acid) gradient elution; volume flow rate: 1.0mL / min; column temperature: 30 ℃; injection volume: Parameters: atomization temperature: 45 ℃; gas flow rate: 2.0L / min. Results The jujuboside A, B and betulinic acid showed good linearity and linearity in the range of 15.4 ~ 154μg / mL, 22.8 ~ 228μg / mL and 28.0 ~ 280μg / mL, respectively. The average recoveries were 98.17%, 99.21%, 97.89%. Conclusion The method is rapid, simple, accurate and sensitive. It can be used for the simultaneous determination of jujuboside A and B and betulinic acid in the jujubes pills.
