前言厚壁多层焊缝的探伤,是在焊接结束后进行的,一旦发现缺陷,其修补是既费时间又费金钱。因此如能逐层探伤,在焊接过程中控制质量,就能极大地发挥质量管理和修补上的优点,另一方面,高温容器检验主要是以敞开式检验来进行的,若能在设备运行中作检验,对易产生缺陷的部位作重点监视,由此,能够早期发现缺陷,这对保障设备安全有着很大作用。在上述情况下,应在300℃左右作高温斜角探伤,但目前尚无高温用高灵敏度的探头,而且有关高温斜角探伤的文献,迄今也不过二、三篇。为此,在搜集有关高温斜角探伤基础资料的同时,对市售高温斜探头作了鉴定试验,特别是对发展性能优良的高温斜探头,进行了研究。
