电力职业培训是针对在职电力职工进行再教育的一种学习方式,也是企业员工交流信息、增进知识技能和促进企业发展的重要途径。在电力企业开展职业培训工作,针对不同岗位和工作性质进行课程的开发和讲授,培训学员不仅可以提高自身职业素质,还可以将所学知识用于指导电力生产或改进生产工艺,进而提高生产效率。作为开展培训工作的培训师在培训中起着主导作用,对提升培训效果尤为关键。文中针对如何做好电力培训师和如何讲好培训课程进行了系统的分析,提出了一些看法,对更好的开展电力培训工作具有一定的参考价值。
Vocational training of electric power is a kind of learning method for reeducation of serving electrician workers. It is also an important way for employees to exchange information, enhance knowledge and skills and promote enterprise development. Conducting vocational training in electric power enterprises, developing and teaching courses according to different positions and nature of work, training trainees can not only improve their own professional qualities, but also can use the learned knowledge to guide electric power production or improve production technology so as to improve production efficiency . As a trainer to carry out training work in the training plays a leading role, to enhance the training effect is particularly crucial. This paper systematically analyzes how to do a good job of electric trainer and how to teach a good training course, puts forward some opinions, and has certain reference value for carrying out electric training work better.
