目的:研究博落回Macleaya cordata的生物碱成分。方法:应用多种柱色谱法结合重结晶进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从博落回中分离并鉴定出13种生物碱,分别鉴定为6-甲氧基二氢血根碱(6-me-thoxy-dihydrosanguinarine,1),去甲血根碱(norsanguinarine,2),6-丙酮基二氢白屈菜红碱(6-acetonyldihyrochelerythrine,3),6-丙酮基二氢血根碱(6-acetonyldihyrosanguinnarine,4),sanguidimerine(5),chelidimerine(6),(±)-bocconarborine A(7),(±)-boc-conarborine B(8),隐品碱(cryptopine,9),二氢血根碱(dihydrosanguinarine,10),二氢白屈菜红碱(dihydrochelerythrine,11),原阿片碱(protopine,12),α-别隐品碱(α-allocryptopine,13)。结论:化合物1为首次从博落回中分得,化合物2,3,5~9均为首次从博落回属植物中分得。
Objective: To study the alkaloid composition of Macleaya cordata. Methods: A variety of column chromatography and recrystallization were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Thirteen alkaloids were isolated and identified from the tested samples, which were identified as 6-me-thoxy-dihydrosanguinarine (1), norsanguinarine ), 6-acetonyldihyrochelerythrine (3), 6-acetonyldihyrosanguinnarine (4), sanguidimerine (5), chelidimerine (6) ) -bocconarborine A (7), (±) -boc-conarborine B (8), cryptopine (9), dihydrosanguinarine (10), dihydrochelerythrine 11), protopine (12), α-allryptopine (13). CONCLUSION: Compound 1 was first isolated from Betulaceae, and compounds 2, 3, 5 ~ 9 were isolated from the genus Plutella for the first time.
