应用免疫组化SABC法研究了NM23/NDPK在正常膀胱、膀胱癌及癌旁组织中的表达。结果显示:NM23在正常膀胱中表达阴性,而癌和癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为83.3%和87.5%。鳞癌、腺癌的NM23表达与诸临床病理因素无关,而移行细胞癌NM23表达强度与肿瘤病理分级和临床分期正相关。有淋巴结或远处转移肿瘤的NM23阳性表达率较未转移者低,阳性表达组术后3、5年生存率明显高于阴性组。提示NM23可能参与了膀胱癌的发生,并对移行细胞癌的浸润、转移和预后起负调控作用。
Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to study the expression of NM23 / NDPK in normal bladder, bladder cancer and adjacent normal tissues. The results showed that NM23 was negatively expressed in normal bladder, while the positive expression rates in cancer and paracancerous tissues were 83.3% and 87.5% respectively. The expression of NM23 in squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma was not related to the clinicopathological factors, but the expression of NM23 in transitional cell carcinoma was positively correlated with tumor grade and clinical stage. The positive rate of NM23 expression in lymph node or distant metastasis was lower than that in non-metastatic tumor. The positive expression rate of 3 and 5-year survival rate in the positive expression group was significantly higher than that in the negative group. It is suggested that NM23 may be involved in the development of bladder cancer and negatively regulate the invasion, metastasis and prognosis of transitional cell carcinoma.
