通过海南岛4种砖红壤不同施磷量的花生盆栽试验,对酸性土壤有效磷的提取方法进行比较。结果表明:(1)4种方法[Brya 1法、Bray 2法、双酸法和MⅢ法(Mehlich,1983)]测定的土壤有效磷与作物吸引磷量相关都极显著,其中双酸法受土壤类型影响最小,在各类土壤中最佳生长量所对应的土壤有效磷的水平也很接近。因此,认为双酸法是用于评价海南岛砖红壤有效磷水平的一种较好的方法;(2)双酸法与其他三种方法之间存在显著的相关关系,可以进行相互换算和比较,(3)应用试验建立的土壤有效磷与施磷量的相关关系的数学方程可以估算各类土壤的施肥量。
Through the peanut pot experiment of different phosphorus application rates in four kinds of brick red soils in Hainan Island, the available phosphorus extraction methods were compared. The results showed that: (1) The soil available P determined by four methods [Brya 1 method, Bray 2 method, double acid method and M Ⅲ method (Mehlich, 1983] Soil type has the least impact, and the soil available P level corresponding to the optimum growth amount in all kinds of soil is very close. Therefore, it is considered that the double acid method is a better method for evaluating available phosphorus in the brown soil of Hainan Island. (2) There is a significant correlation between the double acid method and the other three methods, which can be converted and compared with each other (3) The mathematical equations of the correlation between soil available phosphorus and phosphorus application established by experiment can estimate the amount of fertilizer applied to all kinds of soils.
