本文是用小孔释放法(Blind Hole Drilling),测定了两种类型的钢(高强度合金钢A543 Classl及较低强度微合金化钢A737Grade B及A737Grade C)焊件,焊接残余应力的量级和分布,以及消除应力热处理对焊件残余应力的影响。 结果表明:垂直和平行焊缝的残余应力,在表面或接近表面处是张应力,在中心部则为压应力,其最大的残余应力是在垂直于焊缝(横向),焊件厚度的中心处,其数值接近该钢屈服强度。表面的最大残余应力是平行于焊缝,位于焊缝全长的1/2处。 热处理对消除残余应力有明显作用。
In this paper, Blind Hole Drilling was used to measure the residual stress levels in two types of steels (A543 Classl high-strength alloy steel and A737 Grade B and A737 Grade C low-strength steels) And distribution, as well as the impact of stress relief heat treatment on the residual stress of the weldment. The results show that the residual stresses of vertical and parallel welds are tensile stress at the surface or close to the surface and compressive stress in the center. The maximum residual stress is in the center perpendicular to the weld (transverse) and the thickness of the weldment At a value close to the steel yield strength. The maximum residual stress of the surface is parallel to the weld, which is 1/2 of the full length of the weld. Heat treatment to eliminate residual stress have a significant role.
