目的:运用PDCA循环法降低无纸化处方发药的差错隐患。方法:记录2013年1月~2013年12月杭州市中医院门诊实行无纸化处方发药前后的差错隐患事件以及原因,2014年1月~2014年6月运用PDCA循环法对门诊窗口药师发药进行干预并观察效果,比较PDCA循环管理前后的差错隐患率。结果:实行无纸化处方发药后的差错隐患事件减少了41.68%,PDCA循环干预发药后,门诊药房无纸化处方发药的差错隐患率下降了71.08%。结论:运用PDCA循环法极大程度上减低了无纸化处方发药的差错隐患率,进一步提高了处方的质量,提高药房的工作效率,同时降低纸张消耗,利于环保,提高病人的满意度,构建和谐的医患关系,是门诊药房管理有效的办法。
OBJECTIVE: To use PDCA cycle method to reduce the hidden trouble of paperless prescription drug delivery. Methods: Records of the hidden dangers occurred before and after the paperless prescription in Hangzhou Outpatient Hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were analyzed retrospectively, and the reasons were recorded. From January 2014 to June 2014, PDCA cycle Drug intervention and observe the effect of PDCA cycle management before and after the comparison of hidden risks. Results: The number of errors and hidden dangers after paperless prescription was reduced by 41.68%. After PDCA cycle intervention, the error rate of paperless prescription dispensing in outpatient pharmacies decreased by 71.08%. Conclusion: The PDCA cycle method can greatly reduce the error rate of paperless prescription drug delivery, further improve the quality of prescription, improve the work efficiency of pharmacy, reduce paper consumption, protect the environment and improve patient satisfaction, Building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients is an effective way outpatient pharmacy management.
