The seedlings were treated with exogenous GA, MeJA, IAA, SA and KT, and the endogenous hormones were determined every three days by taking the tomato variety ’Dazu No.5’ and the hairy mutant line ’3-071’ And stereomicroscope to study the effects of different plant growth regulators and different concentrations on the epidermal hair density and the type of tomato. The results showed that GA, MeJA and IAA increased the content of endogenous GA, MeJA and IAA, reduced the content of SA and KT in tomato, and increased the type Ⅳ and Ⅵ of tomato epidermis at the same time. The effects of 0.350 mg · L -1 GA and 0.020 mg · L -1 Me JA treatment on the epidermal hair of type Ⅳ were the most significant. GA of 35.000 mg · L -1, 0.200 mg · L -1, (-1) Me JA treatment on the Ⅵ type of epidermal hair promotion effect the most significant. Different concentrations of IAA had significant effects on the growth of Ⅳ and Ⅵ epidermal of two tomato cultivars. Exogenous KT promoted the synthesis of endogenous SA and KT, and inhibited the synthesis of GA, MeJA and IAA. It significantly promoted the epidermal hairs of type I and type IV, and inhibited the occurrence of type Ⅵ epidermal hairs. Among them, 21.300 mg · L ~ (-1) KT had the most significant effect on the two types of tomato on the Ⅰ, Ⅳ, Ⅵ epidermal hair. Exogenous SA reduced endogenous GA, MeJA, IAA content, increased endogenous SA, KT content. Spraying SA significantly inhibited the hairiness of tomato Ⅰ, Ⅳ and Ⅵ epidermis, and the most obvious inhibition was 1.500 mg · L -1 SA. It is speculated that exogenous plant growth regulators by affecting the content of endogenous hormones, thereby regulating tomato epidermal hair.
