作为大港油田公司实施“走出去”发展战略的首家技术服务单位,海外所成立于2011年6月,主要承担着尼日尔勘探开发技术支撑任务。海外所现有员工37人,全所人员政治素质高,技术素质强,拥有党员28人,大港油田公司首席专家2人,高级专家2人;有教授级高级工程师1人,高工15人,有博士、硕士研究生20人;男员工27人,女员工10人。高政治素质、高学历、高职称,决定了这是一支吃苦耐劳、扎实求精、敢于奉献和牺牲的队伍,也决定了这是一个思想先进、思维活跃、追求高、诉求多的团队。
