为科学、规范、有效地开展甲型H1N1流行性感冒(流感)疫苗的预防接种,最大程度地发挥疫苗的作用,做好秋冬季甲型H1N1流感预防控制工作,根据《传染病防治法》、《疫苗流通和预防接种管理条例》等法律、法规、规范的有关规定,结合甲型H1N1流感防治工作的特点,卫生部于2009年9月15日印发了《2009年秋冬季甲型H1N1流感疫苗预防接种指导意见》(卫疾控发[2009]87号)。
