目的:观察康乐斐(伪麻黄碱+扑尔敏)抗家兔鼻充血作用,并分别与伪麻黄碱、扑尔敏比较其作用效果。方法:给家兔鼻腔滴入适量0.5%磷酸组胺,造成家兔鼻充血动物模型。测定给药后(康乐斐、伪麻黄碱、扑尔敏)家兔鼻腔滴磷酸组胺前后的温度变化。结果:康乐斐给药50mg·kg1可拮抗家兔鼻腔滴磷酸组胺后鼻腔温度升高,但等剂量的伪麻黄碱则无此作用。结论:康乐斐有拮抗家兔鼻充血的作用,优于单用伪麻黄碱、扑尔敏
Objective: To observe the effect of Kanglefei (pseudoephedrine + chlorpheniramine) on nasal congestion in rabbits and compare their effects with pseudoephedrine and chlorpheniramine respectively. Methods: To the rabbit nose nasal drops of 0.5% histamine phosphate, resulting in rabbit nasal congestion model. The changes of temperature in nasal drops of histamine before and after administration were measured after administration (Kanglafei, pseudoephedrine and chlorpheniramine). Results: Kanglefei administration 50mg · kg1 can antagonize rabbit nasal drops of histamine after nasal temperature, but the equivalent dose of pseudoephedrine does not have this effect. CONCLUSION: Kanglefei has the effect of antagonizing nasal congestion in rabbits, which is better than that of pseudoephedrine alone, chlorpheniramine
