高炉炉料入炉其料面的落点分布受炉顶布料设备参数、操作参数以及煤气流的影响。在总结前人料流轨迹计算模型的基础上,考虑了科氏力及三个方向煤气曳力对炉料运动的影响,建立了料流轨迹数学模型。应用VC编写程序,计算并分析各参数对料流轨迹的影响,结果表明,科氏力对料流轨迹影响较大;径向煤气流由高炉中心流向边缘时,落点半径随粒径的增加而增大;煤气流由高炉边缘流向中心时,落点半径随粒径的增加而减小;小粒径焦炭和烧结矿受煤气流影响较大。

When the radial gas flow from the blast furnace center to the edge, the drop radius increased with the increase of particle size While the flow of coal gas flowed from the edge of the blast furnace to the center, the fall radius decreased with the increase of particle size. The small particle size coke and sinter were greatly influenced by gas flow.
