目前,我国小氮肥厂的碳化塔水箱,主要是用纯铝管、碳钢管和不锈钢管制作,纯铝管耐蚀,传热好,易塑性加工,但硬度低,易磨蚀,约一年一换;碳钢管硬度高,但不耐蚀,传热效果不如纯铝,半年一换;不锈钢的硬度和耐腐蚀性虽好,但价格太贵.所以,很有必要选用新材料取代.5454铝合金具有接近低碳钢的强度、良好的耐蚀性、耐磨性、导热性和抗结垢性,因此是碳化塔水箱的理想用材.
