在研究张謇、荣德生的职业技术人才培育之道的基础上,阐述了张謇、荣德生他们所创建的大生集团和荣氏集团虽然所走过的发展道路并不相同,但在兴办近代新式企业的过程中,都从实际需要出发,创造性地将形式多样、方法灵活的职业教育贯穿于始终,培养了大批实学实用、学以致用的职业技术人才,有力地促进了企业的发展。杰出的民族实业家张謇、荣德生为中国近代经济发展作出重要贡献,为培养职业技术人才的成功之道,为今日大力发展职业教育提供了有益的借鉴。
On the basis of studying the cultivation methods of Zhangye and Rong Desheng on professional and technical personnel, it expounds Zhangsheng and Rong Desheng’s creation of Dasheng Group and Rongshe Group although their development paths are different.
