Burn shock acute renal failure (ARF) morbidity and mortality is extremely high. Renal medullary microcirculation is a key link in the development of ARF. In order to further explore the relationship between ARF and renal medulla microcirculation, we observed the microcirculation changes of exposed renal papilla in scalded rats. Knot
